Summer School’s Highlights
ü Long history experience: 17 years operation, rich and mature management experience.
ü Flexible requirement: no English requirement and no subject limitation.
ü Comprehensive activities: 2 weeks’ study in UH + 1 week’s travel across the UK to deeply experience the cultural life of learning life in the UK.
ü Flexible timing: 2-3 weeks’ duration in summer vacation.
ü Certificate of Completion: UH will issues a formal completion certificate.
ü Official teaching staff: UH’s own formal and professional lecturers and staff, teaching in English.
ü Thoughtful service: Chinese teaching assistant/tour guide service available in full process.
Summer School’s Arrangement
3 weeks total: 2 weeks’ University Study + 1 week’s UK Tour
2 weeks’ University Study include:
- 50 hours’ British Teaching, all by UH’s formal staff.
- Vice Chancellor’s Afternoon Tea, zero distance with UH’s Top Management staff and group photo will be taken as a memorial.
- Study content: Seminar on UK study and life, UK’s history and culture, UK higher education system, as well as lectures on communication and presentation skills, public speaking skills, and more.
- Learning format: lecture and practice, rich and interesting laboratory, and on-site interaction.
- The teaching content will be tailored made according to Hertfordshire College’s students’ interests.
1 week’s UK Tour covers:
London, Oxford, Cambridge, Bath, York, Edinburgh, Lake District, Manchester, Birmingham, Stratford, Stonehenge, Windser Castle…
- 3-4 Star hotel, Double room including Breakfast.
- One professional Chinese tour guide.
- One professional local UK driver and comfortable coach.
Summer School’s Fee (2024)
£3150 Per Student, include:
UK Tuition Fee, Travel Fee, Heathrow Airport Pickup Fee, Visa Processing Service Fee
NOT including Flight, Visa, Meal in UK, and Local transportation in China.
Notes: Breakfast 2-3 pounds, lunch 4-5 pounds, dinner is suggested to cook at accommodation. UH will provide cooking facilities for students to use during staying at UH’s accommodation. Upon arrival, UH will introduce local supermarket to you. During travel, tour guide will arrange lunch and dinner near parking area.
