At the very beginning of the new semester, Hertfordshire College initiated a series of induction means, including the meetings of programme leaders and the induction week, which aimed to orient the freshmen 2023 to their programs, encourage them to learn in a motivated way and make scientific plans for their goals.
At the work meeting of associate programme leaders for the new semester, Associate Dean Kim Jin made arrangements for the induction-themed class meetings, and set out specific requirements based on the key points of student and teaching affairs for the new semester.
During the induction week, programme leaders and module leaders introduced the students to the programme profile, employment prospects, and the teaching plan of this semester in detail, and encouraged them to develop their practical and innovative abilities while working hard to absorb professional knowledge. They also gave patient and meticulous answers to questions of concern to the freshmen, such as postgraduate entrance examinations, English and advanced mathematics learning, and future academic planning.
The successful induction for the new semester has sharpened the students' awareness and understanding of the programme system, and helped them identify the key points and methods of personal learning. It is believed that under the careful guidance of the teachers, the first cohort of Hertfordshire College students will surely be able to achieve success in their studies and live up to the prime of their youth.
